Our project at Frogston Road involved the construction of a traditional single story wrap around extension for a residential property. The extension included the installation of a new kitchen supplied by magnet and a bathroom to pair. The removal of the back wall was required for the insertion of a steel beam to ensure structural support.

 

The design of the extension was focused on creating an open and spacious feel, with aluminium sliding doors & corner windows providing a seamless connection to the garden.

The underfloor heating system was accompanied by a Karndean oak floor finish, while oak doors, facings, and skirtings were also expertly installed. To add a touch of luxury, a feature wall for a television was included.

 

The roof system and wall panels were finished with a high quality zinc and the extension featured an aluminium flat roof light. The patio area was completed with pure grey globestone slabbing and a bespoke composite gate rounded out the project.

The extension was completed to a high standard, with attention to detail and craftsmanship evident in every aspect of the project. The end result was a beautifully finished space that perfectly blended modern functionality with traditional design elements, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the homeowners to enjoy.
