Our client had given us the opportunity to provide stunning open plan living spaces, beautifully designed bedrooms and stunning modernised bathrooms. We were tasked with providing structurally efficient joinery, whilst also providing masterful finishings from the outset and throughout.

By working in conjunction with some of Edinburgh’s best interior designers and bespoke joinery craftsmen, we were able to provide our client with an unbelievable transformation of bespoke beauty.

We started by stripping the house back to its original structure. From here, we can determine our best course of action in regards to re structuring of the floor plan and roof systems. Once assessed, we can then begin work on our re-structure process. Working with a manufactured trussed roof made this project very unique and challenging, we overcame this hurdle by cutting out the existing roof trusses to allow for a stunning gallery within the property. There were timber beams and steel beams inserted in order to provide us with the safety and efficiency needed in order to carry our roof load for our open plan living area.

We then set off to work by creating our spaces and sub spaces accordingly, for our divided bedrooms/bathrooms and living areas.

Our outstanding hand made kitchen designed and installed by Tom Howley, is definitely something we are fortunate enough to have witnessed. Very impressive craftsmanship.

Special shoutout to Neville Johnston as well for his part in the stunning bespoke shelving he designed.
